Default SOHC ZC OBD0 in EF hatch OBD0

I'm new to this so I could use all the help I can get. I recently bought a ZC SOHC Non VTEC to swap in my stock EF Hatch. I know I have to convert from OBD0 DPFI to MPFI. All I need help on is the MPFI swap. Do I add the extra wires for MPFI straight from the ECU or on my stock harness?

Stock harness. Just follow the steps in the guides because its basically converting it to "Si" style. Then just plug in the ECU adapter.

Apparently I looked at the ZC engine and found out that it's actually OBD0 but it has OBD1 injectors. Should I just run a PM6 or PO6? Cause as of now the car runs ehh. 200-500 RPM when idling, misfiring, running rich and can't go over 5K RPM cause it starts redlining.

I ran a sohc ZC in my ef with a PM6 ecu. Ran perfectly. not certain if you need to swap to obd0 injectors on your application though.

UPDATE: Your car is probably running terribly because the obd1 injectors are saturated style and do not work with the resistor box set up. switch back to obd0 peak and hold style injectors or get aftermarket peak and hold style.
