Play in Pass. side Axle B16

Play in Pass. side Axle B16
When I grab my passenger side axle rite where it goes into the case, there is kinda alot of play (mostly up/down, not side/side as much)? Also when I drive the car shakes when i give it gas mostly under load in any gear (especially when im goin up hill)
This is in a DA9 w/ a JDM B16A. I am running my OEM LS axles/intermediate shaft, is that a problem? Do i need other axles?
The axle is definitley all the way into the trans and locked but there is still PLAY!
Forgot to mention a few months ago my friend did my clutch and had the axle on the wrong side of the car upon reassembly(pass. on driver and driver on pass.) I drove like this for about 350miles.
Could that be my problem, maybe my axle carrier is bored out due to the driver bein on the pass side and the driver side axle doesnt have that wider part that site in the carrier?

I just broke another DRIVER SIDE outter CV joint. Wtf gives? I thought my whole shake problem has been either my diff bearings or something else in the tranny cuz it looks like it comes from the pass side when i run it on a lift. But it "FEELS" like it comes from the DRIVER SIDE when I drive cuz my driver door is the one that shakes like crazy! And plus this is the 2nd or 3rd driver side axle I broke in like 3 months!!
