Default Oil leaking from VTEC solenoid

I noticed this morning that oil was leaking from my VTEC solenoid. I have no idea why this is happening, but also sometimes oil leakes from the head to block right near the VTEC solenoid on the exhaust side. Any comments or suggestions on fixing my problem?

Its the cam seal. Get a new one from STR, bout 30 bucks. Very common problem.

it could be either the cam seals, the distributor, or the vtec silenoid. just check them all. the cams seals go for like 5 or 6 dollars at honda
