obd1 swap in b16a ef wont crank fuel pump stays on.

the title says it all when i tried to start the car after a obd1 ecu plug swap,all it did was turn on the fuel pump and it wouldnt turn off. but it dosnt crank at all any idea of what it could be?

Sounds like you did the OBD-0 -> OBD-1 wiring wrong. If it was a plug and play conversion harness... consider the source of the product. Lastly, have you attempted to test the ECU you are using in another vehicle to see if it works fine or not ???
