Default Mini me swap: will these ARP head studs work?

I had bought the head bolts for the D16y8 head I am puting onto my D15b7 block. they are about an inch too short. They were only 3 bucks each so no big loss. but the old stock D15b7 bolts fit perfect! Well back to the dealership where the D15b7 head bolts cost $9 bucks each
Summit sells ARP head stud kit for "honda D16 series, 10mm" for $90 bucks.
Will these fit my block or will these be an inch short on the threaded end as well?
the part no. is ARP-208-4301.
Thanks!

yesterday a while after this post I called ARP and got the measurements of the studs in this kit. the measurements were about the same as the D15b7 headbolts that the dealer wanted $90 for. So I went to summit and got the ARP stud kit for $90. I threaded one in the block by hand with an old d15b7 head bolt in the hole beside it, and the bolts & washer on both are about 2.5" from the surface of the block. after measuring, the ARP studs were slightest bit taller, about 2 9/16".
I will know for sure either today or tomorrow when I get the head on. The D16y8 head bolts were about 1" too short, if anybody needs a set of 10, brand new unopened, buy mine

I am about to do the mini me swap. I was woundering if you had to run a oil line from the head to the block or does the oil port line up on the d15 block and d16y head?

If anyone has a p28 ecu for sell, please email me at Jesse_Gibson30@yahoo.com.

Thanks, Jesse

no, you don't need to run an oil line.

just remove the oil control jet?- i think its called. when you get the head off, look at the surface of the block. there is a little bronze thing between the #2 and #3 cylinders, on the side closer to the firewall. get some needlenose pliers and pull it out. The vtec head does not need this part in place.

wow this is old, but since you asked 3 yrs later its never too late for me to answer

The ARP studs worked except for the 2 bolts in the back corners of the head. I had to use 2 of the D16y8 head bolts there.

No problems since, I beat the hell out of the car daily and started auto-xing in it this year. I did this swap @ 135k mi and have 170k now. I love this setup, I have gathered all the parts to convert to 5 speed so it will only get better
