I got a 99 coupe that had a y7 in it and i'm swapping in a b18a1 with a b16a2 head. I know i can use my y7 harness but i'm wondering what all i need to extend and change to make it work. i'm new to swapping and any help would be great. thanks

-add VTEC and knock* wiring
-convert IACV from 3 to 2 wire
-extend secondary 02*
-CKF bypass*
-some misc other extensions

*if you convert to OBD1 using a P28 you won't have to do any of these

Yep but even if you go OBD1 you will still need to do the 3-2 wire IACV and a O2 extension. The rest of it is just like doing any other B series swap.

Just to clarify if you go OBD1 you won't have to extend the 2nd 02 as the OBD1 ECUs don't use a secondary.

you'll have to extend the first o2 sensor wiring with any b series swap.
