Default H SWAP NEED HELP

Im nearing completion on my h series civic swap and i have run into a problem.
My alternator isnt charging the battery, it will hold the voltage around 11.96V however it does slowly decrease and after about 15 minutes the car will die.
I got my alternator rebuilt and ran a straight wire from the alt to the battery but none helped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

you might have a bad alternator. The charging voltage at the battery polls with the car running should be some where 13.7 to 14.5 if I am not mistaken.

Not the alternator! Got it rebuilt about 2 weeks ago.
