GSR to LS/VTEC Questions
Hi, I have a 95 GSR Integra that I built with 9.5:1 CP pistons and Manley H-Beam rods (all GSR b18c1 spec) and I think I want to go all-motor instead of boost. I want to make around 240whp. I will use an LS crank with 89mm stroke.
I have a Darton sleeved GSR block bored to 81.5mm as of now, and I want to bore it out to 83.5 or 84mm. I have a ported head with stock GSR valves and ITR springs and retainers. Skunk2 Intake, 1000cc Injector Dynamics injectors(probably trade for 550s). 2.5in mandrel bent exhaust- no cat, no muffler. I have a few questions.
1.) What would be a good lightweight rod selection for an N/A GSR?
2.) What compression would be good to use if I had Rocket Motorsports m24xx cams, or Skunk2 Pro2's?
3.) Would a JDM ITR exhaust Manifold or a Mugen be sufficient enough? If not, what would be a good alternative that's not as expensive as Toda or Weapon R? I have AC and no PS.
Any help/advice/comparison is appreciated. Have a nice day!

Re: GSR to LS/VTEC Questions
I'd suggest 84mm; it's unlikely you'll every blow it up, and in nearly all cases any damage will be minor enough to allow for 84.25mm or 84.5mm which are common OTS sizes.
I don't have all the numbers on rod weights, but I do know you'll want no less than 11:1. If you're running 93oct you can get away with 12.5:1 with a build like yours.
The tubular JDM headers will work better than cast/megan/ebay/etc stuff, but a purpose-built header will get you to your goal a lot easier. There are a several brands (and knock-offs) that work well, most are w/in a few HP of each other. Private Label has some decent headers for decent prices. My brother has one on his B16 and he's autocrossed with it w/o any issues in 3 years.
