H1PNOT1C PRELUDE

I'm posting this because me and a friend have been having some trouble getting his gsr motor in his eg coupe. With all the mounts placed on the engine, the motor will set at I guess you could say... a 20 degree angle sloping down to the left. We cannot figure out what it is. The car doesn't have the front transmission bracket so I didn't know if this would have anything to do with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The car actually does have the GSR rear and side mounts. We had experienced with a d series tranny mount but it was too dark so we gave up.

Oh well.

i thought taht u could use the eg mounts with a gsr swap. my friend did it and he said it fit like a glove

i used all the gsr mounts in my EG...

but i THINK you can use some of the EG mounts for the gsr...

Check the rear bracket that goes from the tranny to rear mount.

You can use either GSR or EG side and rear mounts,though I believe you need the GSR rear bracket.Unless the mounts are broken,the frame is bent or the mounts are frmo a different engine it should fit perfectly.
