Default B20B in Ek hatch throttle stumbling issue.

Hey everyone, finally got my stock high comp B20b in my ek hatch up and running alright, and for some reason i get a stumble in acceleration at low rpm. It does engage like a turbo after 3.5kish it pulls really good. I am using a stock ls p75 ob2 ecu. I was wondering if my stock y7 piping was making it suffer the loss of power or would it be the ecu. I thought also maybe it could be a fuel related problem.
The motor is completely stock except the aem intake and 11llb flywheel, I was told and read that obd1 ecu's run b20bs better. All i really want is just steady power throughout the whole power band, any help is much appreciated. thanks for taking the time to read this.
