b18c in 91 rex fuel pump not kicking on
its in the title, i have swapped the entire car harness twice, (engine and body) swapped multiple main relays, have three ecus, pwo and two pr3s, have check and redone the grounds, but still when i turn the key, the check engine light works, but the fuel pump does not kick on. if i straight wire the pump, it kicks on. any suggestions OTHER than what i listed???
