EGR lift valve solenoid
(The connector colors, From left to right) BLK/YEL and RED

Sensor Voltage - BLK/YEL - goes to A25
ECU trigger - RED - goes to A11.
</TD></TR></TABLE>

is this right here the lift valve solenoid?? it's connected to the intake manifold, and it's the only thing that seems to resemble one.. any of u guys know? i tried comparing my car to my friends prelude, but he has a 99 and my swap is out of a 93 lude.. so i was thinking maybe the location on the lift solenoid was different from the 2.. on his lift solenoid there are outlets for 2 hoses on mine there is only one, but i thought since the solenoid is connected to the intake manifold it wouldn't need a hose to the im since it's connected. can anyone shed a little light on this maybe? maybe i'm completely wrong lol. oh i took a pic of mine and circled it in red on what i thought the valve was.
thanks

To be honest. I didnt even use that in my swap. Completely left it out. But i also didnt hook up EGR either. I removed the valve and put a stainless steel plate over the hole with a gasket and called it a day.

As a matter of fact. Take a look at the first page. Look at the pics that fastwanabe has of his IM and the surrounding area. That solenoid isnt even there. I used those pictures as my own example and just left it out.

Yes, he needs it. He is in CA. The stock location for 92-95 lude is on the driver's fender. I do not have time right now to read it all, I will post later on tonight. I have to get my friends h22a civic ready for the track tonight.

that's strange, but it's bolted onto the intake manifold as if it was supposed to be there.. it looks like it came that way from honda..

Figured it out{trans bolt} myself today. Got everything done today, but ran into a snag. The rear motor mount bracket has been cutt, so until I find a H22/H23(hint,hint!!) rear mt bracket I can't put my motor in. The shift lkg wasnt too bad. I had to trim mi console plastic and havnt figured out a way to mount the front of the plastic down yet. The shifter cable/hole is in the way-any ideas would be great. We completely un-loomed both harnesses and reloomed my stock harness. It took awhile but the harness is PERFECT. If anyone in AZ has that rear bracket layin around please im me... Later!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the alternator belt you can get any 6 ribbed 36" or 37" belt, Autozone carries them in stock

Well we finished the swap today. I definetly have some bugs to work out. It runs real rough and shakes extremely bad. Even when the motor was warmed up it just didnt feal like ther was any power! I am not sure whats wrong or where to begin? I tried runnin both the P13 and the P28. I also used the resister box out of a 90 teggy, dont know if that matters. the good news is it runs..

This may be a stupid question, but Im confused, maybe someone can help, I have a H22A4 OBD-2 (2001) engine I need to drop into my 95 civic ex. My question is, for the OBD-2 engine, do I use my stock civic wiring harness and ECU like this forum describes, or does that just apply to OBD-1 H22s? Do I Purchase the H22A4 ECU and use the H22s wiring harness? Any help would really be appreciated.

You will need to change the injector clips and convert it to external coil. I suggest you use OBD1 injector with the resistor box because the motor will run lean running an OBD1 ECU with OBD2a injectors.

I got my shifter assembly from a 93 accord, will it work ok with the swap?? Also will B series injectors work in the H22 instead of running a resistor pack??
