When you have the Hasport EGH2 mount kit (the newer one) and Hasport Stage one axles, does it matter whether you have a LSD tranny or not. I've read that you must specify that you have a LSD tranny when ordering the Hasport axles, but does this only apply to the older Hasport mount kit (EGH1).

there is a guy on here that custom makes his own brackets and sells them so that you can use the lighter d series alternators, and even makes em so they drop low and out of the way for big turbo manifolds. search it.

^^^^^ You shouldnt have to specify on your diff condition. Open or closed diff does not change the length of you axles.

Have a h22 in a civic. My car idles at 900k and the vibration sucks ;/, for some reason the car is really hard for first timers to drive it.. or to lunch from first gear, the car jerks.. and could be it be wires? motor is completey stock.

sounds like a motor mount broken, or the balance shaft belt gone.

Hey guys, I know i could probablly find this answer somewhere in the post but I could get the answer a lot faster by asking. Ive been looking at an H22 swapped EK. Check engine light is on but owner said doesn't affect performance. He said it has something to do with the EGR. Can anyone help out to why it may be on and what I could do to fix it? Thanks

find the code first then we can diagnose from there. grab a helms manual and review the emissions performance section. it can give you tips for diagnosis and repair for which ever code you get.

Hi guys...I'm gradually getting through the 100 pages of this thread!!!

I've got a question regarding the wiring loom / ecu.

I know the general method is to take the outgoing civic loom and ecu, and then splice in the required h22 parts.

Is there any reason I cant use the h22 loom and ecu, and then re-wire the ECU dash-loom plug to match the h22 ecu?

Thanks!

-keith
