Default OBD0 to OBD1 questions

We're building a B18C type-R with B16A2 head into a CRX EE8 (obd0). We're not sure what parts to use to put this engine into the car. We surely don't want to run the OBD0 ECU / intake manifold.

The situation is as following:

- In the car there is the in-car part of the wiring harnass and the OBD0 ECU
- I have the EE8 engine part of the wiring harnass (obd0)
- I have a Type R (B18C) intake manifold & throttle body because the stock intake restricts the engine too much.
- All other parts like dizzy, alternator, sensors, etc are EE8 (obd0)

Do I use a different wiring harnass for the engine or do i rebuild this one? What harnass should I use? How do I connect it to the in-car part of the harnass? I think the distributor needs to be changed, but not sure. Can I use EE8 alternator etc?

Thanks for helping me out!
