Take a closer look... There not the same wheels, at least I am pretty sure there not. He can't drive the car like that!

That looks really stupid if you ask me. The back fits great as is but the front is just too aggressive IMO. +45 9.5" would be a good fit if you ask me. Or at least +35 or +40... To each there own though!
