$2,900.00 is expensive for a used OEM hardtop in my opinion. I bought a used OEM hardtop back in the early 2000's for $1,600.00 with all of the hardware.

I know he is open to offers but nothing crazy. These things new are like $3,2XX and that is not shipped which my guess is another $3-4 hundred. I understand its not new but it is a fairly rare item in great condition with a home-made stand. Like I said the worst you could do is make an offer and either offend him or get a new hardtop for your car.

Good luck - they are not available from Honda. It's used or aftermarket.

there's no more new hardtops plus hardtop guy did a last group buy so these hardtops will just go up in value soon

Yeah that's definitely a fair price. Like they said above honda is no longer making the kits. You can piece everything together through honda but it'll run you $4000 at damn near cost....

The only reason they'll make "shells" for a year or two more is because it's considered a body panel on the CR.

He is open to an offer and he said if need be he will work with someone to ship it but it will not be cheap and something of that size I would guess to be risky. Summer will be over before you know it and this would be a nice add on!

That is a really nice looking hardtop.

Not trying to knock on your sale but man that price makes me want to drive solely with my top down.

However, it's legit OEM and I am sure he paid top dollar.
GLWS guys.
