+48 for the front
+50 for the rear (you will most likely have to run more camber, and possibly move the bumper tab and roll your fenders) All depending on how low you are and what size tires you will be using.

Preferbly
However, 8 +25 and 9 +30 are very do-able if you have your supporting fender mods and suspension alignments. Others would say they will not fit, but they base it off a silly outdated wheel fitment guide and have never tried it. But, preferably, run a a +48/+50. It'll save you headaches

That's doable, but it's pushing it as well. Tire sizes get drastically limited going with those low offsets. You'll be losing a lot of traction in the end with all the negative camber and smaller width tires needed to run those without rubbing.
But for a show car.

They do stick out like a ****. LOL. But as he's said, "if you have your supporting fender mods and suspension alignments". Fender mods being the key to the whole thing. J's or ASM wide fenders + major camber.

I meant stock body
I've pulled a 8.5 +30 / 7.5 +29 RG's on my car, and they were still a tad bit sunk in, but of course i've flared my fronts, and pulled my rear, with A LOT of cutting of the rear bumper.
I say you do stick with +50/+48 though
It'll save you the trouble
