Am I too tall for an S2000?
I'm looking to get an S2000 however I'm 6'3½" which kinda sucks. I can't fit in a tiburon or a miata or an MR2, however I figured since Honda has s tendency to make cars built to accomodate taller drivers I thought I might be fine. (my CRX had some problems but when I put my Sparco's in I was fine)
How tall are yall and do you think I'll have any problems fitting?

you just gotta get used to getting in and out of the car...... most people complain about getting in and out till they get used to it and understand how to do it..

Im 6'3-6'4 (somewhere in there, havent checked in a year or so) and about 235lbs, im fine IN the car, especially with the top down (top up it can feel a little cramped)...after seriously thinking about the size issues i had before with the car, i came to the realization that honestly, its just like he said above, getting in and out of the car...it can be a nuisance in some cases, but typically, im just fine in it...its no damn beamer or anything, my CL-S is MUCH more comfortable, but this isnt a luxery car, its a sports car, and thinking with that in mind, i dont have much issue with its size.

Has anyone tried using a non-reclinable racing seat to get more headroom? I was thinking about picking up an s2k, and I felt too tall last time i drove one, but I think if I could find a way to get the drivers seat lower, I might be OK. I wouldnt be opposed to bolting a racing seat right to the floor!

you right about that. especially since those cars sit lower than the car's i'm use to being in.
