03 AP1 engine noise Need some HELP!!
Here's the story drove the car home from the gym and punched the car a through 1st and snd gear then this noise pops up. NO engine check light on and i feel this vibration on my clutch and this weird clanking noise coming from my car. When i press on the gas and accelerate the noise is gone. Once i let off the clutch the noise starts to happen again.
Here's a video i just took today regarding the weird noise from the car.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AVetPbt0rk
Before the flaming begins i researched this noise and i've been hearing people say its the timing chain tension or the valves.
Would appreciate some input from some professional help plz.

I wish i could help but this is like calling your doctor and asking him what's wrong with you over the phone 'can't do".
I will suggest you to take it to a local shop and start from there it's pretty hard to figure out what's wrong from just the video.

sounds like more than just a clutch being "burnt out". Sounds like the clutch, pressure plate, or something else has come apart.
I went through a clutch in 19k myself...that included ***** the wall driving 95% of the time though...
I would be careful with who you choose to do the new clutch...i personally don't trust honda to do it, i have heard to many horror stories. If you have a friend that works at a shop or something then i would prefer you use someone that you can trust. I trust myself so i did both of my clutches myself

yeah, thats pretty scary...if it came completely off it could cause a lot of damage to your car, and more importantly yourself.
