Default tire rubbing!!!! used 97 prelude

hey, just bought a used 97 prelude. Was driving good. Needed to get new tires, rotors turned, and alignment done. So I went to get the tires before anything else. Got the tires and now the tire rubs on passenger side when i turn. The space between the tire and fender on the passenger side is less than than on the driver side. Friend says the front right control arm is bent, wondering what all you guys think about it. please give your opinions!!

Is it lowerd? Cheak to see the springs are ok on both sides, maybe the previous owner replaced a spring and it could be a little lower on one side causing it to rub..

I am not sure if it is lowered!! It is low to the ground but I am pretty sure that it is stock. The only things that have been done to it as far as i know, muffler and intake. I think it has been in a fender bender possibly a wreck. I got it for really cheap. Has 208 k, gonna swap the h22a4 to an h22a. Do you guys think that the alignment will really make a difference. I would think that something has to be seriously out of place. It has the stock 16" wheels and tire size. The rotors are really rough but I am pretty sure that has nothing to do with it. Gonna get a control arm from a salvage yard tomorrow, see if that works. Dont really want to drive it to far to get the alignment done, but i guess i will have to if the arm doesnt work!!!
