SPEEDOMETER NOT WORKING PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
After I finished my motor swap, I found out my speedometer was not working, car is also idling really low, and sometimes dies, I know my throttle cable needs to be adjusted ,could that be a reason for the low idle???.Also after driving the car for awhile the check engine light comes on, and fourth gear blinks green. Could someone please give me some info??? car is an automatic

Re: SPEEDOMETER NOT WORKING PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!! (vteckilla7)
Heh, I've been wrestling with the speedo problem for a while, and I finally took it out and found that one of the connectors had come loose and water got in there and rusted that connector so much that it broke off......So I'd say take off the VSS and check it.
A tight throttle cable would cause higher idle, but I don't think loose hurts anything but throttle response.
Check and see what number the code is.
