this is gonna be kinda hard to explain. the cylender farthest from the distributor, closest to timing belt is 1, and they go in order. on the distributor, the top spot towards the front of car is 1, top spot in the rear is 2, bottom spot in front is 3 and bottom spot in rear is 4. making the firing order 1,2,4,3. im sure theres an easier way to explain it, but im stupid.

Oops
That diagram is for a B18, maybe someone can tell us if its the same for a H22?

From the sounds of it, its the same.

Thats the correct diagram for the H and B series Honda engines.

Try it, if its wrong, it will run like ****, change them around and figure out where they go. It's like a puzzle.

Not a good idea to "puzzle" your spark plug wires

There is a dot on the distributor cap next to the #1 terminal, after that go 1-3-4-2 clockwise

does this apply for the autozone distributor caps?

i have a better idea, why doesnt a knowledgeablt and nice H-T member take an actual pic of their spark plug wires set-up on their motor, so we could get a better reference?

thats somewhat of a help, note the little white cylinder number tags on the wires, you can see #4 and #1 down there....
