Default Does anyone have a Caliper Rebuild write-up?

Ever since I have owned my car I have had issues with my left rear brake. I never put too much thought into it b/c it would just squeak and grind a little bit. Now I believe the caliper has completely seized. As a result of that my pad is completely worn down on one side and my rotor is chewed up.

I believe that it is frozen because it is always grinding w or w/o me stepping on my brakes. not to mention my e brake doesn't work for sh*t. I'm planning on either replacing the caliper or rebuilding it depending on its condition when i take it all apart. If not frozen due to the piston it might be due to the ebrake cable being stuck... i wont know until i take it apart.

Does anyone have a writeup preferably with pictures on how to correctly rebuild a caliper. id rather spend 10 dollars on a rebuild kit, and spend a few hours using some elbow grease than dropping 100+ on a new/rebuild caliper from an auto parts store, or even spending the time finding one at a jyard. thanks in advance.
