Radiator fan Won't Turn Off

Radiator fan Won't Turn Off
My Radiator fan only turn off when i turn off the ignition key, i tried disconnected both coolant sensors and still is on..what could be the problem?

Stuck relay. There are several relays near the front, driver's side of the fender. Just turn on the key (don't even have to be running) and pull them out one at a time until the fan stops.
They are black boxes about 1" square. I think there are four, but I might be wrong. They are all grouped together.

BTW: To confirm that it is a relay, swap one of the other relays that has the same pins. The fan should stay off. If it comes back on, you either have multiple bad relays (repeat procedure with another relay) or there is an electrical short causing the relay to energize.
There are two relays (one for each fan) involved. One operates by the coolant temperature, while the other comes on any time the AC compressor is on.
