hey guys!
I just picked up BB6 prelude with front end damage and thinking to get a JDM front end just like i did for my Integra. Whats the difference beetwen USDM and JDM front ends? I notice only in lights, i mean side marks, may be fog lights and lip.... what else? and whats the resonable price for it?

as far as I know for the 5th gen there is no difference besides the fog lights. The lip differences you see are just for the different trim levels (such as the type S lip). There are side markers in the fenders, but it would probably be cheaper to get USDM fenders cut. My 4th gen fenders cost me ~40 dollars to get done, but the fenders were going for around 100.

the only difference between the two is that the JDM one doesnt have the side markers in the bumper, but rather in the fenders. Vis versa for the USDM.

The thing with the lips is that there is a Type-S lip that came on Type-S prelude in Japan and since we didnt get them here, we get the OEM optional front lip instead.

You can use either JDM fogs or USDM fogs on either bumper, same with the lips

JDM front = Turn signals on fenders and no side marker
USDM = side markers/parking lights on bumper and no fender turn signals
