Default possible piston damage, or bent valve?

Well here it goes, my cousing and I were driving normal.....when this A hole in a in a GTO gets infront of us going like 25 on a 55 mph zone, obviously this guy wanted sum play

i told my cuzin just pass him up, so my cousing is in 2nd gear passin up not too qyick when this A hole in the gto floors it, all i see is the front clip lift its self up, and keep in mind its a one way road! so my cuz floors it also still keepin half a car on him, he goes into third and TRIES to go in into 4th but the moron whent into 2nd.

car shuts off immediately and wont turn on, im thinking a bent valve maybe? what do you all think?

cliffs: Moron cousin shifted into 2nd gear trying to go into 4th on high rpm, kept up to a gto, but possibly fu*ed up his motor?

car:
hatch eg
jdm h22 stock motor with cold air

sounds like you called it man; floated a valve. so the motor doesn't crank up anymore? how high did the revs go before he took it out of gear? I was riding with someone when they did this but their motor was fine. The motor it happened on was h23 though and the revs only went to about 8k before he put it back in neutral

Sounds to me like your ricer cousin wasted his engine on a car that would eat him alive unless he's turbo which I doubt. Start with a leakdown and compression test and take it from there. I would think the head is messed up though.

A rev limiter does nothing when you're physically shifting from top of 3rd to 2nd. That's instantly over 9-10k easy, if not higher.

Remove the cylinder head and inspect the damage. Car won't start because you are not getting enough compression. you are not getting enough comp because the valves are severly bent / broken. Replace what is needed and you're back on the road again.
