Default mushy clutch after some driving???????

i have a 98 sh and just put a rps clutch and 8lb flywheel in and when the car is cold and has been sitting the clutch feels great firm and quick, but after i drive for a few miles it gets really mushy and from time to time it will slip , also i have noticed that the more that i drive the clutch will let out further on the pedal then cold again its right off the floor, fluid is full, and i have good pedal pressure when cold, but looser when warm, this clutch is made for about 350hp and i dont have that so it should not be slipping, clutch has about 2000 miles on it, going to try bleeding it again tomorrow , any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated thanks in advance

How long of a break in period did you give the clutch?

Let the car warm up, then take it for a spin on the highway.
Put it in 5th gear and slow down to about 40-45 mph,
then gun it pedal to the metal.

If the rev's climb and the speedo doesn't, you have problems.
