Default Daytime running lights, gauge cluster lights, and running brake lights>>not working

my daytime lights ( side markers....ect) and guage cluster lights, running tail lights are not functioning ( break lights work when break is applied). the lights were working all day until i purchased a Cobra Radar Detector. when i plugged it into the ac/dc port. everything was working fine... i went to the gas station to get gas, turned car off, got gas and when i started the car is when the problem erupted can anyone help. i just got done getting new fuses installed from pep boys. still not working...anyone ??

Fuses pop when there is a fault in the circuit. Like a wire thats insulation has worn off and is grounding or shorting to metal for example. Find the fault, the fuse will stop blowing.

Check for loose connector(s) going to the fuse box under the dash. More specifically, the one that goes from the light switch to the fuse box.

I would also look into a faulty ground connection, maybe look into the wiring schematics and see if some of those circuits have a common ground

Also check if the fuse is blown again or not.
