Knock in rearend of car?

Knock in rearend of car?
When ever i go over a small bump or big bump i hear a loud knock in the rear suspenson. it does now matter the speed. Does anyone have ideas?

At a guess Id say Rubber bump stop (Number 13 on that diagram) is worn, Two of my friends had te same problem, stripped te shock down and the "bump-stop" as its called was split
