Installing remote fan switch.. searched already
I would like to install a manual fan switch inside my car. No particular reason (ie no overheating, no malfunctioning existing switches, ect), other then the fact of being able to control my fan. (Im a control freak). Although, I do not want to run a wire from my battery, to a switch, to the fan. Main reasons being the battery is in the back, and I dont like having a hot wire running through my car at all times waiting for me to connect a circuit. Is there any type of relay I can run a wire into, then to a switch, to a ground that will manually activate my fan? I remember on my old Saturn you just wedged a wire in the relay contact point, then to the switch and ground. That just seems like a safer hassle free way to get the job done.
Thanks for the help, pictures or diagrams would be great.

I planned on using my cruise control button actually. Since I took cruise out (and the fact I have a manual now anyways), its a perfect clean spot to install a switch.
And it lights up green, bling bling

The fans have relays already in your car. I would think you chould be able to rig up something. Im sure if not, I'll get corrected by some one (lol?)
Last option if you can't rig up something is:
You could buy a 12V relay though. Run a low voltage switching wire from your Cruise control button to the contacts of the low voltage relay. and than across the N/O (normally open contacts) (which is your switch now) you run your switched and return/ground wire to your fans power terminals.
But you have to keep in mind not to interfere with the current operation of your fans and to not double feed the fans because the power from your relay will meet with the power of your current fan's relay and probably do something not very nice at all !
