HID 5th gen problem
so i bought an HID kit form y 5th gen yes retrofit is better but i didnt want to spend the 800 for head lights. so 5th gens low beam have a reflector sheild of some sort and the high beam is open so i cant put my hid buld in my low beam section because the buld is too long. so should i hook up my low beam wires to my high beam and the high beam wires to the low beams because if im not mistaken its no good to have HID flicked on and off alot while driving what is the best thing i can do in my situation to have my HIDs work for my low beams ?

Re: HID 5th gen problem (kadidle)
just leave the kit off... if you're in dire need of better lighting.. get FOG lights, dont blind people and use your budget as an excuse. or u could learn to retrofit yourself and do that for cost.
oh and i dunno HIDKITs so i cant help

I have a HID kit on my 5th gen and my bulbs fit perfectly also.
What brand do you have? Do you have the correct size bulb?
