Default H22a4 has fuel, no spark!!!

So I replaced the H22a4 that had blown in my prelude. Had it started one day, then came back the next and no start. Its definitely priming, I've got power to the coil and to the dizzy, I've got a new relay in, but still no spark at the plug. I did remove and reinstall the dizzy to look, but it's not positioned any differently than before. Any ideas?

Could be a blown fuse or the ignitor went out. Might be good maintenance to replace both the coil and the ignitor.

Sorry didn't see that in your reply, im going home now to pull the ignitor out. Is there a way to test the igniter itself? or just visually see

I know this is silly and people are going to say they only fit one way, but have you tried pulling the dizzy off, and rotating the shaft 180 degrees and trying it again? It may just be a bunch of wear over time, but mine will fit either way, and I had this happen last time I Installed my engine. Granted, it also won't happen overnight all on it's own either, so it would only be possible if you had taken it off in between when it ran and then wouldn't run.

Have you taken a look to make sure that mechanical timing is good i.e. crank and cams are still lined up properly at tdc?

I'll try turning the shaft around, but I have changed anything else. Timing should still be solid. I checked the CPS and got good resistance, and good power.

Shaft only clicks in one way, and turns out there wasn't power to the CPS after a few different tests.

When you say "CPS", you are referring to what exactly ??? Crank Position Sensor ??? If so, the correct term would be CKP. Power to that circuit is relative and may be hard to verify. The important thing to verify is continuity from ECU all the way to the sensor... and check both wires. Did you change anything on the crankshaft snout before you set the new engine in ???

Excuse me, CKP. I have full continuity on all wires from the CKP terminal to the break in the harness, and from the break to the CKP wires to the ecu terminal. The CKP terminals only reading out 8 volts, and the only thing I changed was putting the crankshaft pulley from the old to new motor.

like JR said, voltage supply is a difficult thing to test, because the power supply is the ecu and it won't necessarily put out a specific voltage. as long as continuity exists for both wires to the ecu, the wiring is fine. I would look into whether the teeth on the trigger wheel are actually centered in the sensor, and make sure the gap is within spec as well.

Does the trigger wheel center at TDC in relation to the CKP? Im just confused to as what could have changed from me starting one day, then no spark the next.
