Manual Transmission Shifter Handle Compatibility for 96 Prelude
Hello everyone,
After much searching, can't find a replacement push **** button **** for my 1996 Prelude as it has been discontinued by Honda and have had no luck with either private sellers or junkyards.
So, trying to find another option to replace it....
Does anyone know if a 1996 Accord automatic transmission shifter handle will line up fro mounting on the stem for a 1996 Prelude?

FYI, solved the dilemma and discovered the push button from a 1997 Accord fits very nicely in the 1996 Prelude automatic shifter handle. Just a tad bit shorter, but does the job quite well.

You can use aftermarket ones as well. My old 88 Si 4WS autoatic used a Ractive auto shifter ****.
