Default H22 want idle!! IAC??

I just put this motor in and when i first fired it up it idled fine untill it got warm. After it got warn it started flooding and would not idle. So i took a vac line off and the car would idle fine but if you plug it back up it would die. I took the IAC off and cleaned it out and tried to move the plunger it would only open about a 1/8 inch. I but it back on and same thing would not idle untill i unplug a vac line. With the vac line off and the car idleing i can unplug and plug the IAC and i can hear it but the when i plug it up it will idle up just a split sec maybe 200 rpms then back down. Is the IAC BAD???

I checked and the vac lines and they was in the correct place. I can plug up all the vac line but one and that is the #24 line when i plug this line up the car will go died and it want start with out giving is gas. You can unplug the line and cap the intake and it fine. why would pluging this line up make the car die??

what do you mean by iac? Neither the idle air control valve or the fast idle thermo valve have vac lines on them...

Idle Air Control= ICA.. I know they dont have vac on them. It has somthing to do with the #24 vac line when i plug it up it goes dies.
