F20b
Would an F20B swap directly into a 1997 Prelude? I know it will bolt it but if I used the F20B ECU will it all plug in and work or will I have to wire some stuff even if I have the F20B ecu?

Re: F20b
you most likely will have all the connectors you need, and everything should be in roughly the same place, so I think you'll be just fine. you just need to make sure you have an obd2 ecu...

Re: F20b
I think the H22 ecu would run it but poorly. Maybe get an ECU that is tuned for the motor, example being P28w/hondata S300 or S200. Didn't that F20B only come in an automatic and was OBD2? I though I heard that somewhere. Maybe that was the JDM 2.3L vtec I was thinking about, oh well.

Re: F20b
As long as it passes emissions I dont care about it running poorly. F20Bs came with manuals PCB ecus IIRC. But I dont htink japanese emissions standards are the same as US. I figure run the H22 ecu with a piggyback to pass emissions and then swap the hondata or whatever in after.
