Cranks but won't start unless push started
I have a 93 lude with an 01 Euro-R H22 in it. The last couple weeks she has been having a bit of trouble starting. Was cranking way too much but would eventually start. This morning she decided to just crank and crank but never start. I can, however, push start her and she runs great just like always after that. Also, it started right up after my 45 min commute. It's been pretty cold lately (as far as California goes) so it may be due to the weather, but even if so, its just exposing an existing problem. I have a brand new starter and battery so it's not something that simple. Anything that i'm thinking it might be just doesn't make sense due to the fact that it runs great after being push started. Any ideas?

The only difference would be the speed at which the flywheel is moving. Does the starter appear to be going either too fast or too slow ?
