what is it.
lower what?
lower what?
cheapest is cuttin the springs but i would never do that, and highly recommend not doign that
other than that buy just lowering springs, which arent that much, and using stock shocks, but the ride uiality could suck real bad and blow the shocks out quick

H&R Sport Springs 1.5 inch drop (About $135)
KYB AGX Shocks (Got mine on ebay for $70 a shock)
or you could go with KYB GR2 shocks (even cheaper I think $50 each from Tirerack.com)
KYB doesn't recommend going lower than 1.5 inches tho so... H&R sports were my choice, but if you want to go a tad lower go with the Eibach pros ($200 i think)
You could go cheaper and just get springs, but you'll prematurely wear out ur stock shocks (a few months maybe) Your call. I did lots of research before I chose my setup. Good luck.

or you can go have your springs compressed and have spot welds made on each side of the springs
