Default Car won't start! Need help uninstalling "Kill Switch" from 4th Gen

I've searched and posted, but all the old threads don't have activity. Previous owner had a kill switch installed and now I need it out. It never caused trouble before, but I now think it causes my stereo to reset and worse of all. Currently, my car won't start!

As it stands my car battery it disconnected to prevent it from further draining by battery.

1) Kill switch toggle style with black and grey running from it
2) Kill switch white wire running to fuse box. I tried taking it out but it pulled out of this coupler. Was this the Ground?
3) Electric tape'd bundle and direction all the cords run.
(Not shown there also a blinking red light installed by the ebrake) Though it is no longer connected to the fuze box, it still blinks when I reconnect the battery. and try to start the car.

How can I take this out and rewire everything back to stock? I feel this is the root of many problems and it'll work once I get it back to normal.

Backstory:
- So I went on vacation for a month and returned to my car not starting.
- Jumping didn't work. Pop'd the clutch it worked, drove around for 30 min
- Reparked in hopes that charged battery.
- Tried restarting- won't work. No turn over no clicking
- Interior lights are half light up and dim. A/C light blink like the hazards are on
- Tested battery at Autozone. It was zero. They recharged it.
- As soon as I install battery and connect everything all 4 turn signals start blinking (like a car alarm is going off)
- Car doesn't start
- I disconnect battery
- Disconnect "Kill Switch" from fuze box
- Clicking noise, blinking car alarm light, but now NO blinking turn signals
- Car won't start

Took off the panel on the bottom of the steering wheel in attempt to unravel some duct tape and better understand what I need to do. Then I noticed this random grounded wire. It didn't look stock to me- should it be there or do I need to take it out?

Thanks!
