I don't see why not. The questions are, can you buy swap axles? What sort of header will work with the Prelude chassis? And can you handle wiring it up? Will likely require completely replacing the engine harness.

They sell the swap kit for 4th gen prelude but not 5th gen. Have to buy the 4th gen kit and use it. Only difference is you have to cut your passenger side motor mount out of your 5th gen and replace it with a 4th gen. There's a guy that did this exact swap on YouTube. Here's the link.
