Cam alignment pins for H23

Cam alignment pins for H23
Hey all. I'm not a Prelude owner but I do have a F22b dohc head (same as H23, only a bit smaller) mated to an F22a block and I want to know what the exact part I need to fit in the holes to align the camshafts. I tried using screwdrivers and alen keys but they were never a perfect fit. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
I also have been having issues getting the timing right with this setup. I'm using the POA water pump which has 20 teeth with the H23 timing belt (127 teeth) and found out that this setup is not right. So I went ahead and ordered the PT2 pump (19 teeth) with the correct belt (126 teeth). I'm also going to be putting the dohc head on an F23 bottom end because mine is wearing out fast.
One more question. I would like to know why the F22b DOHC engine has a different size belt, is it because the H23 head is slightly taller than the F22b dohc head? The gear sizes are the exact same, 19 teeth and the crank cog is the same size.
