Accord type R Lip install
Can someone pls provide directions and pics on how to install a 1995 accord type r lip on a 95 honda prelude?

drill some hole in the lip, make sure that it is lined up with the holes on the bumper, then screw it together with the screws that came with it.

did anyone just put their type r lip over their oem lip i received a free oem lip and want to mount them together. i heard double sided tape but i dont know if that will hold. Anyone know any other kind of adhesive

any reason why you want both?? not like your gonna see the OEM one.
but its not possible if your using the supplied hardware, cuz the screws aren't long enough to go thru the ATR, OEM, then bumper.

the reason is to have something to mount the ATR lip to since the ATR does not have room to mount on the side
i remember people saying they double sided tape their lip to oem because the ATR doesnt have any room to mount the sides
but anything is possible
lol u cant really see it in the pic and i used 4 oem bolts and nuts i found and then the rest i made bolt->washer->bumpers/lip->washer->nut! fits perfect

i used about 10 bolts all the way around my ATR, including the sides. idk what your talkin bout no room to mount on the sides.

well mine came like this
only room in the middle none on the sides.
and get creative is what i did since i was able to get a free lip since without the lip my ATR lip did not fit to well because of the sides.
