98honda_prelude

Well i have a 98 prelude that just had the motor rebuilt and now it wont stay running. I have to jump it and after a little while it starts to miss fire and bogs down and then cuts off. I have replaced the alternator and the battery. It does not throw any codes and i have checked all the fuses. Somebody please help me

yea i did all the rebuilt myself and yesterday i just noticed that even when the e-brake is down the brake light on the dash is still on
