nowhere, unless u buy is from someone who retrofitted projectors to the stock lights. expect to pay $1500 for the pair

OOorrr...make your own.....like a buddy of mine did...he made 2 pairs, i got one!!
and...dont get halo lights....they are for bmw's only...dont pose, lol

I believe he is referring to halo/projector headlights being the halo ones you see on ebay that are popping up all over the place. they have them for like civics and exclipses and stuff. they are halogen projectors.
as for the comment on BMW posing... those are called "angel eyes," so i think we all just misunderstood this guys post.
To answer your questions DVD3, the manufacturer of the headlights you are looking for does not make a set for the 5th gen prelude. if you are looking for HID projectors like what was posted above, you may want to invest some time in research and buy the parts yourself and get to work!
