Re: 94 prelude si h23a1 To F22b1 to h22A Swap
Alrighty First Question I need Fuel Injectors i think these are Peak And Hold id like to stay as stock as possible cuz i cant tune a Auto So is there a Good set on eBay or should i just buy em from auto zone? Or Is there any other Honda/Acura that have the same Injectors as the 2.2 DOHC Vtec Prelude That i can pull from I have the f22b1 and 96 h23a1 injectors sitting around will ether one work?
Second I need to wire up Vtec i read i can hook it up in the engine Bay cuz theres lines from the ecu already at the shock tower does someone know what ones and pics would help also?

If the engine has the original injectors, you would just need to delete/ loop the resistor box to have that work properly, otherwise only a set of US or JDM H22A/ A1 injectors will be what you need.
In the faqs there is a "how to wire vtec" thread, should have all the info you need. If still not working, let me know and I can try to find the pics I took for someone else a few years ago when I did my first swap.
And my fav color 4th gen!

i need some help it wont start lol i think i got a problem with both spark and fuel first when i have someone cranking it i pull the plug and see that its sparking but i spray some starting fluid in there and its not firing and i checked all of my fuel injector connectors none of em have power with the key on i pulled the coil off and found that the coil has 4 pins that go to the harness but the harness connectors only have 3 wires coming out of it it has 12v power to one wire im going to check my fuel pressure today when i got to the shop cuz i cant hear my fuel pump prime i hear my main relay click after i turn the key also another think the check engine light should turn off after a few secs the key is on right? any and all help is welcomed

and that's where its at atm i still got to fix my cooling fan i need to wire them up the guy before me ran wires off the stock harness so that it turned on with the key but i don't want that and its been hacked up so if someone can show me a diagram of how to wire them up to use a stock fan controller like the one on the thermostat housing and to have a switch for me to run in the cabin. also the harness i used did not come with a IACV on the fuel connector harness so what pins at the ecu do i need to use for it?

Re: 94 prelude si h23a1 To F22b1 to h22A Swap
Can't help with the IACV but the fan is pretty easy- the fan switch near the thermostat simply passes ground through it to the fan relay. From what I can tell by studying the wiring diagram, the ECU doesn't need to be involved. I have a feeling the only reason the ground signal continues on to the ECU is probably to tell it to throttle up a little for the electrical load. The factory radiator fan timer is what passes on a 12v+ signal to the relay. You don't need to have this, just jumper over the 12v+ wire that came/would have come from it going to the relay to another source, such as the main power wire flowing through the relay.

.:FFS TechNet : OBD1 ECU Pin out Schematics :.
iacv is A9
You can look on your old harness connector to see which side is switched battery voltage(yellow black) and which side is A9.

Re: 94 prelude si h23a1 To F22b1 to h22A Swap
i got the IACV and Fans wired up now a new problem i got code 10 and 21 10 is for Intake temp sensor and 21 is vtec (1 wire one) And its running super rich that its only running on 2 cylinders # 1 and 4 spark plugs are always wet when i pull em and not firing i pulled the wire with the engine running and it made no difference to engine rpm. 2 and 3 are blk
I have replaced Distributor, Spark plug wires, Spark plugs, 4 new fuel injectors yes there for h22a1 i replaced the ITP sensor and the code is still there if someone could tell me where the 2 wires go ill back probe em and check if there working
Also im thinking about getting a ecu with hondata em i able to use my JDM p13 for that or do i need a different ECU and where can i get One?
