Water is leaking into my trunk, from at least the passenger side tail light. I took it apart and checked the seals, seemed not perfect but ok. The design seems flawed, rainwater just pours from around the trunk lid right on top of the rear headlight, and it leaks into it. I've attached some pictures in action, you can see a drop of water coming down from the taillight.

The other leak I have is on the driver side rear seat. The water comes out from the screw holes of the rear seat, that I currently have removed. My best guess is the water is coming in from the trunk lid, from a bad seal on the rear window?

I could really use some advice on how to address either of these leaking problems. Is there some sort of sealant I can use? My Prelude is a 90 Si. Any help is much appreciated.

I have the same problem with my 90 si just as a temp fix I put some electical tape around the seal of the tail light. I know that it is not the best fix but it will do until i replace the seals and the tail lights.
