Traded up from a 6r. This bike kicks ***, 6th gear feels like 3rd on my 6r.

Nice 10R man...Just to let you know, the new Gen 6R and 10R had some frame recalls,or atleast some incidents resulting from the steering neck breaking off at the welds.Just Keep your eyes on any ossible stress cracks before something bad happens.Same with the K5 GSXR's.

Nice bike!

I still think I'm going to like this style of 10R better than the new ones when I see them in person.

The first time I saw one of these at the shop I fell in love, so compact and purposeful.

Beautiful man, I love the 04/05 10r's. Dead sexy. Now buy a steering damper before it throws you off from third gear power wheelies when you least expect them from that monster lol.

Dude that is so pathetic.I was just filling him in on something I was unsure if he knew anything about...Funny thing is,I am a member on 600rr.net and do a lot of reading and I've never heard anythign about a rear brake linkage..Anyway my 600RR is an 05 so it doesn't concern me.What's wrong with you that you have to be a jerkoff when I was trying to help a guy out? Are you that insecure with yourself that you fly off the handle over a comment made in relation to safety...I think the 10R is a great bike, and I stated that,so don't get pissy over nothing.

mabe he's part of the work out thread - where we all monitor that ****. a lot of people have that on there - it was to show the increase from pervious times and where they are curretnly at. i could be wrong - and he could just be cocky

BUT since this isn't a thread about you all arguing.

Great bike - I looked at getting a kawi, but the suzi fit me and rode better for me.

Be safe!

The unfortunate thing is with 195 on a 5'9" you got to really try hard to keep that as muscle. Once you get older you should cut down protein intake and start to lose it cause it is going to be bad news.

I have 153 lbs on a 5'9" and 195 lbs is hard to envision.
