Hi i have 2011 honda fit 1.3l i-vtec engine i want to know how much gap inch supposed i need to do for the spark plug.

I have a 2011 honda fit 1.3l i-vtec engine with 65000 km i want to know what kind of engine oil i need and good brand . the temperature here in winter between 8c to 20c and in summer 23c to 34 c
