hi im a newbie here but iv been lurking for a few weeks, got a 00' ex 5spd and i really love it but i used the search function and i couldnt find an answer to how i can acquire a fullmark tailgate? i looked on craigslist, ebay, etc and didnt find anything. i know its gonna be difficult to get one but theres gotta be a way, if anyone can help me id be forever greatful. oh btw i live in hawaii if that makes a difference...

I can get you one but I wouldn't be able to ship it through USPS. You could wait until May 2013 or you could pay an arm and a leg to get UPS/FEDex/DHL. Which style do you want there are a few.

I want the one that doesn't have the spare tire bracket. Its gotta be one for a first gen though. If you could set up a quote for me that would be great. It doesn't matter what color it is although if its clover green that would be nice. Thanks a bunch for the help btw.

I will go talk to miyagi and see how much he will charge for one. I would have to get a ballpark shipping quote from ups/dhl online but just a warning it will be expensive to ship

Id be willing to pay the shipping as long as the price is at least somewhat reasonable. I can't tell you enough how thankful I am for your hepl btw. Iv been wanting to get one since before I even bought my cr-v

NP, lemme give UPS/DHL a call and see what they're talking about price wise and get back with you. Depending on which junkyard I get it from it shouldn't cost more than $300. When I come back to the states I will be bringing some of those, brush guards, integra domani & orthia front ends, possibly a couple of b16a's and a SR20DET

alright thanks man, could you try and get me one of those armrests that replaces the fold down table too. if its too much to ask its not a problem i'll just suck it up and deal with not having an armrest since mine is a 5spd.

Keep in mind youll also need a full mark bumper. Unless you want the bumper to have the spare tire cut out in it.

the bumper will be the easiest part for this theme.....
you could just rebuild the hollow gap with another bumper then just put a rhino
lining above it to support the full rebuild part, it has been done before but the
V posted didnt have the full mark tailgate.. he just removed the spare tire mount!

check ebay uk or european salvage parts.. theres tons of fullmark Vs there compared
to japan now...
i still have a spare fullmark tailgate back in my country, shipping it here is a PITA!!!
thats why i asked a local CF shop to make me a mold from my oem fullmark tailgate
then give me a good price so itll be cheaper to ship here or i could carry it with my
checked in luggage when i get back home.. i have my wake board bag to conceal it
as a irregularly shaped baggage..

this is my spare fullmark tailgate waiting to be molded up on CF... hopefully i could
bring back 2 set so i could use it in my track and daily V...



**all we need is the gate and the inner sidings coz you have to transfer the internal
parts of the non fullmark tailgate to the fullmark one.. its a direct bolt on!!

Wow thanks for all the info guys my zip code is 96816 redskull. For my rear bumper I was gonna try to plastic weld some plastic on and just bondo and bodyfill the rest so it looks oem. But if there's a way to do it that is nicer looking in the end im always open to new ideas
