just picked up my first cr-v
i've wanted a crv for a while now, and now i picked up a 2000 crv ex 5-speed rtall wheel drive. i've been researching these vehices and now i'm on the hunt for some hard to find parts. i'm looking for the edm front bumper with fogs, rear spoiler for now. i do need to replace the u-joints on my drive shaft, but i'm not paying $1067 from my local dealership.
i saw some replacement u-joints on a google search from rockford and was wondering if anyone had any experence with these? if anyone can point me in the right direction for some of these parts i'm looking for would be great. thanks

Re: just picked up my first cr-v
Ok during my search for the ujoints I came across a shop in Elmira NY that rebuilds the drive shaft. I thought this was odd because all my local parts stores and even the dealership said you could not get the u joints, then I found the Rockford ones. But the shop in NY told me there were two different u joint types, the press in style and ones that require the crescent moon looking retainer clips. If I had the style with the retainer clips then they would be able to replace the joints, the other style joint were not able to be replaced. Probably due to availability. That is why I asked about the Rockford ones.
