Default Any issues with slamming a awd 1st gen

So i have a first gen (98) automatic awd crv and i want to slam it, is there any issues that i will run into? Also i am currently running a staggered setup 17x8/ 17x9 +35 all around wth 215/45/17 tires, any issues with running staggered wheels on a awd?

Depends what you consider slamming. I had to cut out all of my inner fender and bash in my frame rails just to steer.

Was it hard to remove? I want to make mine just fwd since it will never go offroad or see snow anyway.

remove driveshaft
remove differential
remove axles, but leave the stubs in the wheel hubs. they help keep the wheel bearing from seperating.

You can keep the awd trans. Won't hurt anything.

Sorry to thread jack, but in a similar situation, I have a 4wd crv 5 speed, and just installed a set of wheel that have off set, FRONT WHEELS: 7.5 x 17 with 32 Offset with 215/45R17 87W tire and
REAR WHEELS : 8.5 x 17 with 42 offset on 235/45R17 94W tire, my question is will it mess up my rear diff, because of the different size? also will have to install spacers in the rear wheel is to close to the upper control arm.
